🏠Compared to last year at this time: Fewer homes sold. Fewer new listings. Prices are softer.

🏠Last month, the market slowed a little bit more. This is normal for January, but it reinforces that we’re in a buyer-leaning market, negotiation-heavy market.

🏠We’re seeing a shift away from emotion-driven buying and toward logic, value, and negotiation. Honestly, this is a much better stance for families making big decisions.

🏠 Who you hire matters. You need someone who will fight for your family’s best interest and position you well in this market.
