I promise this isn’t anything but a stuffy networking night and I almost guarantee you’ll make some amazing new friends.

Most common question I get: “How’s the market?”

It’s literally everywhere and I don’t know if anyone knows what the heck is going on

Apparently, my feet have been holding onto a LOT of tension and nobody told me. 😂

I visited @equinox.spa in Richmond Hill for a foot spa treatment and honestly, I didn’t know what I was missing.

Most common question I get: “How’s the market?”

It’s literally everywhere.

In some places it’s a struggle to get people in the door let alone get an offer. Then in others I see offer nights with 3,5 or even 9 competing buyers and the home sells firm (no conditions) over market value.

Here’s the numbers for Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Newmarket and Georgina. But just remember they are just part of the story of what’s going on.

Just when you think you’ve seen it all… you have a bathroom attached to a bedroom with no door and a walk out balcony 🤷‍♀️

It’s a team effort to take a home from lived in to listed.

I’m so fortunate to work with such amazing professionals. Thanks to @jessie_ib_cleaning @nordicfoxdesigns @realtyphotohaus and @cutebuttongirl for coming together on this one and making it shine✨
